10. Scary Movie 2 (2001)
Wait a second, just hear us out. Yes, Scary Movie is probably the most well known, if not the first parody movie of the early 2000's. It was notorious for putting a comical spin on terrible bits from some of the box office's heaviest hitters. Shorty, played by Marlon Wayans, was the stoner friend who was high in just about every second of each movie. He carried some of the funniest moments through the entire saga.

9. Puff, Puff, Pass (2006)
After being kicked out of their apartment and running low on cash, two stoner friends are left with limited options. They get mixed up in a scheme with an unlikely character in efforts to take down Mr. Bigs .

This movie contains tons of crude humor to the point where it could be slightly overbearing, nonetheless it is in fact very funny. It is undeniably a flick that you can enough under the influence or sober, but highly recommended that your stoned the first time around.

Two oddly paired friends run into a world of trouble in less than 24 hours. A quick trip to get sliders turns into a quest that involves law enforcement, violent run in, and meeting Neil Patrick Harris.

When Craig gets fired for his job on his day off it just adds more to his plate. His best friend Smokey, has all intentions to ease Craig's mind from unemployment, his aggravating girlfriend, and low funds by letting him hit the weed. Little does Craig knows that Smokey is on the outs with a local drug dealer who he owes money. They spend their Friday high, ducking shootouts, and figuring out how to come up with the money.
