10. Scary Movie 2 (2001)

Wait a second, just hear us out. Yes, Scary Movie is probably the most well known, if not the first parody movie of the early 2000's. It was notorious for putting a comical spin on terrible bits from some of the box office's heaviest hitters. Shorty, played by Marlon Wayans, was the stoner friend who was high in just about every second of each movie. He carried some of the funniest moments through the entire saga.

His best friend Smokey, has all intentions to ease Craig's mind from unemployment, his aggravating girlfriend, and low funds by letting him hit the weed. Little does Craig knows that Smokey is on the outs with a local drug dealer who he owes money. They spend their Friday high, ducking shootouts, and figuring out how to come up with the money.
